10/13/2023 0 Comments Good stewardship definitionThe build and cultivate relationships.Jesus spent much of his ministry teaching about how we ought to live. They meet and greet and engage with many people, never knowing who might later be a friend or a foe. A good steward, like an ambassador, is a respected representative, one who acts on behalf of their company, promoting it. Have your eye on an expensive chair for your office – well, would you spend your own money to purchase that chair? Can your budget afford it? What other purchases or expenses might have to be cancelled so you purchase that chair? Will the purchase of that chair help you achieve the organization’s mission? In most cases the answer will be no, but if you have a bad back and you’re going to be more productive with a therapeutic chair, the answer might be yes.īeing a good steward is similar to being an ambassador. If asked about a recent problem or issue, be honest, but positive.Ĭompany money is real and it does not grow on trees any more than your own money does therefore, be wise and judicious in how you spend it. This does not mean lying or conjuring up false stories, just focus on the good. Be a good steward by celebrating what your company does well. There is no such thing as the perfect job or the perfect company, but speaking about a company’s faults or problems, will not make your job any better, nor will it make you feel any better. These little gestures are simple, but they are the means by which to cultivate a relationship. When a prospective client says she’ll be out of town the following week taking her youngest to college, when you connect after that, ask how the drop off went. When a client returns from a weeklong trip to the beach, ask about the trip. When a colleague’s father is sick, ask how he is doing. Listen to Others and Cultivate Relationshipsīy listening you can learn more about someone, what is important to them, things going on in their lives, and be a good steward by remembering those things. There are three simple, but important strategies, you can employ to be a better steward: No one expects everything to be perfect, very job has its ups and downs, but be professional because it makes you look good, and being a good steward brings value to the company. Think about it, why should a client use the company’s services or buy its products when the sales rep is badmouthing their boss or complaining about the benefits? Do you want to collaborate with a colleague who constantly moans and groans about your boss? Would you want to purchase the products of a company when their employees are posting negative comments on social media? The answer is no. When employees do not act as good stewards it can impact the bottom line. We should all be good stewards of the companies where we work, to the people we serve – past, present, and future, and to each other. While my story took place in a nonprofit board meeting, the idea of stewardship is also applicable to the for-profit sector. And perhaps most important, it was about championing the institution to the public. I also explained that in my view, stewardship began the moment someone entered our doors and it did not end when they left – it was ongoing. It is also meant using the dollars at my disposal with care, concern, and integrity to advance the mission of the institution. For the stakeholders we knew, it was remembering their birthday, their recent trip to Greece, or that their mother-in-law was recently hospitalized. I explained that I believed stewardship was saying hello, being polite, and helpful to any stakeholder – known or unknown. I was once asked in a nonprofit organization’s board meeting, by the president of the board, what the term stewardship meant. Two electrons at opposite ends of the solar system are quite free to have the same energy. Quote from: damocles on 02:37:15 Let me reassure you - your understanding of the Pauli Exclusion Principle is not quite correct. It comes under the umbrella of "quantum entanglement", and there is a wikipedia article that will provide a reasonable introduction if you want to follow that up. There is a problem, an unresolved one, relating to quantum particles and faster-than-light communication. That is why sodium loses an electron so readily, and why the chemistry of sodium is dominated by the positive sodium ion with only 10 electrons. Finally, the 11th electron has no more possibilities with n=2, so it must go to the higher energy shell with n=3, where it sits all alone with the quantum number set (3,0,0,–). In an isolated atom these six all have the same energy. There are no other possibilities for the lowest energy shell. The first two go to the lowest energy shell: with quantum number sets (1,0,0,–) and (1,0,0,+). So, to take an example, if we think of a sodium atom which has 11 electrons, each of those electrons in the atom has to have a different set of quantum numbers. M s takes a value of either – 1/ 2 or + 1/ 2. It takes integer values between –l and +l. M l determines the orientation of the wavefunction. It is also an integer, and may range from 0 (spherical) to n-1, and can also affect the energy of a multiple electron atom. L which determines the shape of a wavefunction. N which is the main contributor to the energy of the electron in an atom, and to its average distance from the nucleus. An electron in an atom, in the single-electron wavefunction approximation, is assigned a set of 4 quantum numbers: In the context of atomic structure it helps to explain the capacity of the various electron shells and sub-shells. The Pauli Exclusion Principle is usually applied in the context of atomic structure or chemical bonding in molecules, and solutions to the Time-Independent Schrödinger Equation. Electrons are in the family of particles known as fermions, which obey a set of rules known as Fermi-Dirac Statistics. What the Pauli Exclusion Principle is REALLY saying, in practical terms, is that you can only have a maximum of 2 electrons in the same place at the same time, and those two must have opposite spin. Let me reassure you - your understanding of the Pauli Exclusion Principle is not quite correct. 10/13/2023 0 Comments Endurance warranty reviewsCollision discount of $500 per accident ($1,000 total limit).Up to $1,000 toward total loss replacement. This plan is tailored to high-mileage vehicles, and covers the powertrain, electrical, cooling, air conditioning, heating and fuel systems.Īdvantage combines prepaid maintenance and stated-component warranty coverage.Īlong with standard benefits like roadside assistance and rental car reimbursement, all plans also include a free year of Endurance Elite Benefits, which comes with the following perks: Secure is the most budget-friendly car warranty plan, protecting the engine, transmission and water pump. I am truly satisfied with my coverage and service. He asked how I found out about the company and I informed him. contacted Endurance, he told me I have excellent coverage. The camera was covered, Thank you God which saved me hundreds of dollars. my Endurance card and he told me that he would contact Endurance to find out if the camera was covered under the warranty. I was informed that the camera in the front of the vehicle was malfunctioning. So, I took my car to Executive Honda in Wallingford, CT, for service. The dashboard warning signals on my 2018 Honda CR-V was going crazy when it was really hot outside every icon on my dashboard was lit and a bell sound was constantly ringing. Obviously something caused the failure and that's something they won't cover. So now endurance will not cover it because they don't cover what cause my rear differential to go? Does that make any sense? They can say that about any item that fails in your car. So now you're not going to cover the rear differential? How possibly would I know it was leaking? And of course any covered item will have a reason as to why it broke. I just now spoke to a person from endurance and I said to her I know something obviously caused the problem with the rear differential and because of what caused it is not covered. And that it sounds like they won't cover it because of the expense. My two mechanics at the Ford dealership were shocked that this company will not cover this item. They will not cover my rear differential. Apparently because of fluid leaking which I had no idea there was fluid leaking and it caused my rear differential to go. They denied to cover a covered item because of what caused the item to break. Very disappointed with Endurance warranty. 10/13/2023 0 Comments Benchmark cpu speed testMeanwhile, Intel's highest-end Core i9 12th-Gen Alder Lake and 13th-Gen Raptor Lake processors will run up to 100C during normal operation. Under load, you want your CPU to ideally stay under 80C, though some CPUs may run hotter when they're in gaming laptops or small-form-factor (SFF) computers.Īdditionally, AMD's Ryzen 5000 processors are designed to operate at up to 95C with a stock air cooler, while the Ryzen 7000 series is also designed to run at 95C even with a watercooler (notably, some models, like the Ryzen 9 7950X3D chips, have a lower 89C threshold - be sure to check). This 'load temperature' is more important than idle temperatures (assuming idle temps are fine), so you'll want to periodically monitor your CPU temperature under load to ensure it's adequately cooled. Under higher load, such as when playing a game, rendering a video, or other intensive tasks, your CPU consumes more power and, thus, runs at a higher temperature. When the CPU is idle, a good temperature is anything under or around 50C. Again, only use this as an indication of idle CPU temperatures - you should also check from within Windows 10 or Windows 11 to get a better idea of CPU temperatures when you're using the PC (see below). Once you're in the BIOS, you will see the temperature listed in the Hardware Monitor section, which can also be named PC Health Status or Status, among other similar names. Not all motherboards list the CPU temperature in the BIOS, but nearly all enthusiast or DIY motherboards do. On most platforms, you simply reboot the system and click delete or F2 repeatedly as it restarts. It's pretty simple to enter the BIOS to check your CPU temperature. That means you will see much higher temps when you are booted into Windows 10 or another operating system. You can check your CPU temperature in the system BIOS or UEFI, but be aware that this will only show your CPU temperature at idle. How to Check Your CPU Temperature in the BIOS Anything between 80C and 95C leaves room for improvement. You should be concerned if this figure is at or beyond 95C. The best way to check your CPU temperature while gaming is to game for an hour or more and then check the program to see the maximum recorded CPU temperature. Just be aware that this program puts an extremely heavy load on your PC, so you might encounter a blue screen of death (BSOD). However, if you want to measure the maximum possible temperature, you can check by running a Prime95 stress test for about 30 minutes ( download here) on Windows 10 or Windows 11. If you want to check your PC's CPU temperature during normal use, you can leave Core Temp running while you perform common tasks. So, for example, the CPU in the above image has had a minimum temperature of 32C and a maximum of 51C and is, therefore, running at a normal temperature. But we're more interested in the Min and Max columns, which show the absolute minimum and the absolute peak temperature recorded while the program runs. The left-hand side of the measurements shows the real-time temperature of each CPU core, and you can also see the measurements in the taskbar. Just be sure to untick the freeware option during installation.Ĭore Temp provides temperature measurements for every core in your CPU. This is a simpler tool that works with a more basic UI. You can also use the Core Temp tool, one of the best CPU temperature tools for Windows 11 and Windows 10, to monitor the temperatures ( download here). While CAM is intended to be used with NZXT's products, it works really well as a casual monitoring tool in Windows 11 or Windows 10, even if you don't have any NZXT hardware. You can use the software in Guest Mode to avoid creating a user account, and you can also disable the program from starting automatically with Windows if you don't plan on using it often. These are just a few examples of many, but we'll show you how NZXT's CAM and Core Temp work because our testing found that these two are the easiest to install and use. If you're overclocking your CPU and want more in-depth measurements, Intel's eXtreme Tuning Utility (XTU) and AMD's Ryzen Master software are designed by the chipmakers and also offer expansive options. There are multiple CPU temperature monitoring programs to choose from, with the best tools for checking CPU temperature, including Core Temp, NZXT's CAM, AIDA64, HWiINFO, or HWMonitor. How to Check Your CPU Temperature in Windows 10 and 11Ĭhecking your CPU temperature is as easy as installing and using monitoring software and then reading the output, and you can use the same techniques to check your CPU temperature in Windows 10 and Windows 11. 10/13/2023 0 Comments Crossbow cannibal cctv video reddit‘I wake up and think about my bright, articulate and much-loved daughter every day and I am serving a life sentence as a result of what that man has done.’ I'm the luckiest woman alive, says girl who got awayĬlose encounter: Rosalyn Edmondson was invited into Griffiths' flat but 'instinct' made her turn away at the last moment To pay for her habit, she started working on the streets.Īfter the verdict her mother Nicky said: ‘Our daughter was deeply loved and her death has left a huge hole in our lives. The Chiefs have covered six in a row, while going 6-0 ATS in the past six as a favorite, too. The offense has come alive in the past three games especially, going for 36, 34 and 48, and it's no surprise the OVER has cashed in each of the outings. The Chiefs have rattled off eight straight victories since, while covering each of the past six outings. The last time Kansas City suffered a loss was Week 7 at Tennessee, an ugly 27-3 setback. In fact, that's why they're keeping the foot on the gas, as the Chiefs can earn the first-round bye and two weeks to recharge the batteries before what it hopes is another deep postseason run. It will likely be all hands on deck in each outing for the starters, so don't expect to see starters get a rest anytime soon. The Chiefs are done with home games for the regular season, as they play in Cincinnati this week and in Denver in Week 18 to close out the season. Straight Up - SU, Against the Spread - ATS, Over-Under (O/U) Cincinnati has won the past two games, but it hasn't had a win streak of more than two games at any point this season. QB Joe Burrow passed for 525 yards, with three receivers going for 85 or more yards. The Bengals registered a 41-21 victory at home against the Baltimore Ravens, sweeping both the Ravens and Steelers for the first time since 2009. CEH is considered week-to-week with the injury. It wasn't all great for the Chiefs, as RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire suffered a shoulder injury against the Steelers, so Darrel Williams and Terrance Gore could be tasked with holding down the fort. Star TE Travis Kelce was forced to miss last weekend's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, although the Chiefs coasted to a 36-10 win, which likely put a smile on the faces of the Bengals. The good news for the Chiefs is that they'll be at or near full strength after a bout with COVID-19. It will be a tall order facing the Cincinnati Bengals, who are still vying for the AFC North Division title and a potential playoff home game. 1 overall seed in the AFC playoff picture, and the lone first-round bye out of seven spots. This is something that really turns me off a lot of beer and seltzers – a 4% or 5% drink means you have to drink a lot more to achieve the same effect. For one, you don’t have to drink a lot of them to get a buzz. The most important thing, for me at least, is the 12.5% ABV that Cutwater Margarita’s are bottled at. AB-InBev is the owner of other brands such as Budweiser, Busch, Michelob, and many many more, so it’s safe to assume they put a lot of marketing dollars into the canned-cocktails market. Much of Cutwater’s recent growth can likely be attributed to AB-InBev purchasing Cutwater back in 2019. Well, first of all, Cutwater is more than just tequila and canned cocktails. In this article, we’re going to cover exactly what Cutwater Tequila is, what ready to go cocktails they offer, and finally give a little review of the Cutwater Tequila Margarita. David Shaw Parker's performance as the omnipotent narrator isn't bad, but his saccharine tone clashes with the fragmented English in the writing, which is often embarrassingly twee. If I couldn't slam spacebar to move things along, Biomutant would be made irredeemable by the narration alone I never want to hear a Shakespearian voice describe piss and shit as "yellow juice" and "brown bobs" ever, ever again. The way it's paced prolongs the pain, every conversation opening with a few seconds of cute mutant gibberish, after which Parker reads the text I've already skimmed in the same indulgent full-throated tone and primitive syntax, no matter the context. Simple sentences take a couple seconds to decrypt because every other word is replaced with a complicated compound. "That's a Pling-plong-booth from the by-gone, back when you needed to cable words via buzz-wire instead of air-waving them" instead of 'People used to stand in boxes to talk'. When Parker reads these lines aloud I feel like I'm being mocked. They're written more like fuzzy parables than three-dimensional fur-people. Cute glimpses of their personal lives are interrupted by long-winded lectures on morality, intercut with your character's inner monologue, all narrated by Shaw.
